Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for failed or duplicate transactions.
• Refund requests must be raised within the specified time frame set by the merchant or bank.
• Approved refunds are processed as per applicable banking guidelines.

2. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, the refund is usually initiated automatically by the bank and credited within 5–7 business days.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payments, only verified extra transactions will be refunded after proper validation.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

• Successful completed transactions
• Service fees or processing charges
• Transactions approved and delivered as per merchant terms

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank or payment method used.

6. Disputes

Any refund-related disputes must be reported to ACNPay support with valid transaction details for investigation.

7. Changes to Policy

ACNPay reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
